After my car got dinged in the parking lot, I took it to this place based on a friend's recommendation. I was really impressed by the level of service I received. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, which put my mind at ease. They even helped me navigate some insurance issues, which I found incredibly helpful. When I got my car back, it was as if nothing had ever happened! The repair work was meticulous, and they even cleaned the inside of my vehicle, which was a nice surprise. While the quote was slightly higher than I expected, the quality of work justified the cost. I will definitely return if I need any more body work done!

They kept me updated via phone calls, which really eased my anxiety during the time my car was in their hands. It was clear they value customer service as much as the quality of their work. When I picked up my car, I was stunned at how great it looked! They did a fantastic job with the paint and bodywork. If I had to give a minor piece of feedback, it would be that the waiting area could use some updates; it felt a bit dated. However, the quality of service far outweighs that little quibble. I had a pretty good experience at this auto body shop after a minor accident. The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease right away. They explained the process clearly and kept me updated on my vehicle's repair status. My car came back looking great, and the paint job was flawless. The only thing I wished for was better communication – I had to call a couple of times for updates, but they were always quick to respond. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them!
